Do you take time off for yourself and nature even whilst living in the city?

We will soak in the soothing colours, sounds and scents of the forest and treat ourselves to some peace, relaxation and the helpful and positive support of the trees.

Forest soaks are strongly beneficial towards self-healing and attaining a good balance between an individual, nature and society. Using specifically designed “invitations” towards different interactions with the forest, they bathe our senses with remedial elements that effect our bodies, minds, energy, feelings, consciousness and relations.

We will open the gates to our senses with the help of Katarina Čuk, a certified forest therapy guide, a published author of the book “Our Timeless Nature” and an assistant with the well acknowledged Society for Natural and Forest Therapy.
