URBAN BEAT ON KRAKOVSKI NASIP
The city lives and breathes. The people inside the city create stories and urban culture. Urban Beat, a photography exhibition, brings the beat of the city closer to modern urban trends, right in the heart of the city centre. The author of the presented photographic art is Marko Delbello Ocepek.
MARKO DELBELLO OCEPEK
The capturing of timeless moments of feelings and people.
Even though he captures different motives, from acts, portraits, fashion books, art projects to corporate and business photography, Marko Delbello Ocepek is most known for his work in the social scene. He is recognized as one of the leading club and festival photographers in the region, often working with world famous creators. Club Cirkus’ resident photographer has captured the timeless moments of feelings and people again and again and has added his special touch to many festival stories, including Ultra Europe, Hideout, Fresh Island, Sonus, Barrakund, Spring Break Island, Ritem Mladosti,… “In photography, its crucial to capture a moment that triggers an emotional response from the viewer. And that can only be achieved by establishing the right relationship with the person or object that you’re trying to capture in that everlasting moment,” says the master himself. This is his collection of the best timeless moments, captured at the Festival of Urban Culture SLovenija – #FUKSi.
The exhibition is part of the Festival of Urban Culture Slovenija – #FUKSi, which works towards reshaping Slovenija into a uniform festival destination “City Slovenija”.
